5. If the plastic flow in the plastic bucket mold is uneven, resulting in air trapped in it, the method of vacuum exhaust on the mold can be used to solve this problem.

Generally, bubbles on the wall of plastic bucket or light color bucket can be directly observed, while bubbles on the wall of dark color bucket are sometimes difficult to see from the appearance, and can only be found by planing the bucket wall during the test. If it is not found in time, quality accidents will occur where products are delivered to customers, which will bring immeasurable losses to the future cooperation between enterprises and customers. Therefore, once found, it should be handled in time to avoid unnecessary losses.
